The Sai Ying Pun property has been open since 2023, and was previously branded under Weave Studios — the group’s co-living brand. It is located a two-minute walk from the MTR station and approximately 10 minutes from The University of Hong Kong.
Hong Kong-headquartered rental accommodation operator Weave Living has rebranded two assets in Hong Kong to Weave Campus, a new brand dedicated to university student housing, as the city faces a projected shortfall of up to 120,000 student beds in the following academic year.
The 214-room Weave Campus – Sai Ying Pun and 95-room Weave Campus – Hung Hom are now open for booking for the 2026/2027 academic year.
