Perched on elevated grounds, the freehold GCB was built and completed in 2007. There are a total of six en-suite bedrooms: two on the first level, three on the second level and a guest room located beside the swimming pool.
The first level also features a grand hall with a ceiling height up to 6.45m, a dining hall complete with a custom wine cellar and a verandah that opens up to lush greenery on Chatsworth Road.

Offered for sale via expression of interest, the freehold property is “rare and seldom for sale”, says Aric Lim, associate group district director of Huttons Asia.
The last transaction on Jervois Hill dates back to 2024, where a GCB on a 15,094 sq ft land plot was sold for $58 million, adds Lee Sze Teck, senior director of data analytics of Huttons Asia.

The expression of interest exercise will close at 4pm on May 31.
