SINGAPORE (Mar 7): Ng Kai Wa, director and co-founder of Creative Technology, sold a total 200,000 shares in the company in two transactions for $1,807,949, or an average price of $9.04 per share. Shares in Creative closed at $7.08 on Wednesday.

On Mar 5, Ng sold 104,350 shares on the open market, for total of $939,150. A day later, he sold another 95,650 shares, for total of $868,799.

After the two transactions, Ng is left with roughly 2.15 million shares in the company, or a stake of 3.055%, down from 3.339%. Ng is still the second largest shareholder in the company after CEO and chairman Sim Wong Hoo who owns about 23.3 million shares or a 31% stake.
