Creative Technology sues Nvidia for patent infringement in US; seeks injunctions against 8

SINGAPORE (Jan 2): Creative Technology's wholly owned subsidiary ZiiLabs has filed a patent infringement lawsuit against Nvidia in the United States, seeking damages and injunctions.

At the same time, ZiiLabs has also filed a patent infringement complaint with the United States International Trade Commission, seeking injunctions against Nvidia as well as seven other companies.

These are Nintendo, Asus, Micro-Star International, Gigabyte, PNY Technologies, EVGA and Zotac.
