Creative Tech's subsidiary files US patent infringement lawsuit against Nvidia

SINGAPORE (Oct 3): Creative Technology is hauling yet another IT heavyweight to court.

Wholly owned subsidiary ZiiLabs Inc has filed a patent infringement lawsuit in the United States against Nvidia Corporation.

Creative says the ZiiLabs patent portfolio contains patents in the graphics, processor and 3D spaces.
