SINGAPORE (Apr 13): A faction of dissenting Datapulse Technology shareholders maintains their plan to pay an interim dividend of 20 cents -- if they are given the vote to form the board.

According to media reports on Thursday, this faction, led by Ng Bie Tjin @ Djuniarti Intan, wants to give back a total of 32 cents, or some $70 million in total.

This will comprise of 20 cents in interim dividend and 12 cents via a capital reduction. Intan Ng and her family company together hold a 16% stake.
