StarHub and NeutraDC, the data-centre arm of Telkom Indonesia, have signed a memorandum of understanding to advance quantum-safe connectivity across Southeast Asia.

The agreement spans quantum-resistant encryption, post-quantum cryptography and next-generation secure network infrastructure aimed at supporting the region’s expanding digital ecosystem.

StarHub’s Low-Latency Data Centre Connect solution with be integrated with NeutraDC’s carrier-neutral data centre ecosystem, which supports a growing base of enterprise and hyperscale customers across Indonesia and Singapore. This aims to strengthen cross-border data exchange as companies expand AI, cloud and real-time workloads.
