While 59% of developers in Asia Pacific (APAC) claim to love their jobs, only half say they will be with their current company a year from now.
Singapore developers also have the lowest satisfaction with their personal productivity (15%) and team productivity (32%) among 860 developers surveyed worldwide for OutSystem’s Developer Engagement Report: Are Your Developers Happy or Halfway Out The Door? report.
