Singapore Telecommunications (Singtel) has signed a multi-year agreement with Xtelify – a wholly owned subsidiary of Singtel associate Bharti Airtel – to deploy the Xtelify Work platform for its field teams in Singapore.

Powered by artificial intelligence (AI), Xtelify Work offers capabilities such as fleet optimisation, automated task management, and real-time tracking and governance.

“This platform enables us to reimagine our workflows with AI at the core, improving both efficiency and customer service. By optimising dispatch and resource management, our engineers can reach customers more quickly, resolve issues with greater accuracy and reduce our overall carbon footprint. We’re also able to enhance productivity, strengthen governance, and ultimately deliver more value to our customers,” says Ng Tian Chong, CEO of Singtel Singapore.
