SINGAPORE (Sept 25): R&P, a subsidiary of building materials provider EnGro Corporation, has subscribed for a 60% stake in its joint venture (JV) company with Omni-Plus System, R&P Technologies, for US$1.125 million ($1.52 million).

R&P is 98.57%-owned by EnGro and was previously known as Resin & Pigment Technologies. It specialises in customised polymer processing and compounding, while Omni-Plus System is a supply chain management and engineering plastics firm.

Both companies have jointly established R&P Technologies in Singapore for the purpose of manufacturing and distributing thermoplastic compounds to serve the automotive industry in the Asia market ex-China, elaborates EnGro in a Monday aftermarket filing to the SGX.
