SINGAPORE (Apr 5): DBS wants to help business customers cut their use of cheques by at least 30% over the coming two years.

The bank, which has described itself as the “Digital Bank of Singapore”, will now allow its corporate clients to connect their payment systems such that they can pay their retail customers via the increasingly popular PayNow payment system.
