SINGAPORE (Mar 13): Gaylin Holdings reported the completion of a US$100 million ($132 million) investment and debt restructuring organised by ShawKwei & Partners.

Asian private equity fund manager ShawKwei & Partners bought 1.36 billion new shares at 5 cents each or $68 million in total, giving it a 76% stake.

As at 12.24pm, shares in Gaylin were trading at 5.4 cents.
