GuocoLand says first phase of Martin Modern sold out

SINGAPORE (July 24): GuocoLand Group says its development, Martin Modern, which was launched last weekend, saw "overwhelming interest" from buyers.

The group initially planned to launch only 50 to 60 units, but ended up selling close to 90 units, worth a total of $220 million.
