As an international interior designer, I’m often tasked with creating a sense of luxury for a client’s home, each with wildly varying budgets, goals and personal styles, so I find myself pondering the essence of luxury in each situation. Luxury is more than just opulence and grandeur, and it’s always very individual; it’s an emotional response, a unique experience that envelops us in comfort and joy. It’s about the nuance, both tailored and subtle, that transforms a  space into a sanctuary.
