APAC Realty says strong interest received for international placement & IPO

SINGAPORE (Sept 28): APAC Realty says it has received strong indicative interest for both its international placement and initial public offering (IPO), where 44.5 million and 4.4 million shares, respectively, were being offered at 66 cents per share.

In the balloting results filed to the SGX last evening, the operator of ERA Realty says its international placement was about 13.4 times subscribed, as indications of interest were received for 597.6 million placement shares with a total value of $394.4 million.
