SINGAPORE (June 30): Y Ventures Group is planning to raise about $7.7 million from its upcoming listing on the Catalist board of the Singapore Exchange.

Y Ventures is selling 35 million shares at 22 cents each, according to its IPO prospectus lodged with MAS.

On its website, Y Ventures Group describes itself as a data-driven e-commerce retailer and distributor.
