Bernama had earlier reported that Najib and Mohd Irwan Siregar have been summoned to present themselves at the MACC headquarters in Putrajaya tomorrow.
KUALA LUMPUR (Oct 23): Former Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak and former Treasury Secretary-General Tan Sri Mohd Irwan Siregar Abdullah are expected to be charged in connection with the 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB) debt payments to International Petroleum Investment Co (IPIC) on Thursday.
“Both of them will be charged on Thursday,” a Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) source told Bernama. He refused to make any further comment.
