SINGAPORE (Apr 16): The manager of Keppel-KBS US REIT (KORE) has announced distribution per unit (DPU) of 1.50 US cents (2.03 cents) for the 1Q19 ended March, unchanged from a year ago.

Actual 1Q19 DPU was 5.1% lower than the IPO forecast of 1.58 US cents, mainly due to an enlarged number of units.

Income available for distribution rose 30.7% to US$12.4 million in 1Q19, from US$9.5 million a year ago.
