SINGAPORE (Nov 1): Oil & Gas company KTL Global says CEO Tan Kheng Yeow was interviewed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore and was requested to surrender his passport.

KTL Global’s board understands that the investigation relates to possible offences under section 197 of the Securities and Futures Act (Chapter 289).

On Monday, KTL Global called for a trading halt to announce that Tan was requested to assist in an investigation by the MAS and the Commercial Affairs Department (CAD) of the Singapore Police Force concerning a possible offence under the Securities and Futures Act.
