Lian Beng-led group selling another 8 office units at Prudential Tower

SINGAPORE (April 7): Epic Land, the consortium led by Lian Beng Group, is selling away what could be the last eight strata office units spanning 55,711 sf in Prudential Tower.

On Thursday, Lian Beng said the consortium had signed a non-binding letter of intent with an unrelated third-party buyer for those eight units. The latter has been given an exclusive period of six weeks, with an option to extend for a further two weeks, to conduct due diligence review for the proposed sale.

Lian Beng owns 32% in Epic Land while the other consortium members are KSH Holdings, KOP Limited and Centurion Global have stakes of 28%, 25% and 15% respectively.
