SINGAPORE (June 21): Lifebrandz has incorporated a new wholly owned subsidiary, Cloud Eight, for $0.1 million in its move to enter high-end sushi restaurant market.

This comes after the investment holding company’s string of acquisitions including its March purchase of Singapore-based F&B operator Ramen Champion for $4 million, as well as e-Holidays in Aug 2017  as the group started its bid to diversify its business and expand into new markets.
