SINGAPORE (Aug 28): PopScoot, the local electric scooter (e-scooter) sharing platform, is launching in September.

PopScoot’s soft launch in end August will see pilot docks at ManuLife Centre, Republic Plaza, Tiong Bahru Plaza and City Square Mall.

This is the first app-based platform to leverage on a Bluetooth unlocking system, which will release the e-scooters from their docks instantaneously when activated through mobile phones.
