SINGAPORE (June 8): Lum Chang Holdings announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Lum Chang Building Contractors, has secured a tender for the construction of a new industrial development at Woodlands North Coast.

The contract is awarded by Aedas, on behalf of JTC Corporation, and is valued at $147.5 million. The project is scheduled to begin in mid-June this year and complete in 22 months.  

The industrial development has a site area of about 29,900 sqm and a gross floor area (GFA) of 43,900 sqm.
