Centurion to acquire dorms near Yale for US$70 mil

SINGAPORE (Aug 10): Centurion Corp announced it is acquiring College & Crown, a 160-unit student accommodation located within walking distance to Yale University in Connecticut, US for a consideration of about US$70 million ($95 million).

The prime 160-unit asset with 204 beds is in addition to the proposed acquisition of a portfolio of 1,936 beds across five student accommodation assets for US$136 million, which the group has previously announced.
