SINGAPORE (Apr 19): ComfortDelGro (CDG) is acquiring the business and assets of a London-based taxi circuit operator, Dial-a-Cab, for £1.2 million ($2.2 million) via its wholly-owned subsidiary in the UK, CityFleet Networks.
