GKE Corp in new JV to expand specialised chemical services

SINGAPORE (Dec 21): Logistics providers GKE Corporation and Kleio One-Solution have set up a joint venture called G-Chem Logistics for a total consideration of $0.46 million.

Through the JV, both parties intend to carry out hazardous chemicals warehousing and logistics services for packed products, laden ISO Tanks, and chemical drumming.

GKE will invest cash amounting to $0.3 million for a 65% stake in G-Chem while Kleio will subscribe for the remaining 35% stake for $0.16 million.
