LHN secures carparks in Hong Kong and Singapore

SINGAPORE (Jan 10): LHN, the real estate management group, has secured its second carpark in Hong Kong and 10 other carparks from JTC in Singapore.

The group obtained the lease to manage the Hong Kong carpark located at Basement 2, No.20 Carnarvon Road, Carnarvon Plaza in Tsim Sha Tsui. The carpark lease contract is for a period of two years, starting from Jan 4, 2018.

This Hong Kong carpark was awarded to the group’s wholly-owned subsidiary, LHN Parking HK.
