Lifebrandz to acquire Ramen Champion for $4 mil

SINGAPORE (Mar 12): Lifebrandz is acquiring F&B operator Ramen Champion and its business.

Incorporated in Singapore, Ramen Champion has three outlets in the city state which sells Japanese food like shabu shabu, ramen hotpot and bento sets.

Lifebrandz says the proposed acquisition is in line with the group’s strategy to establish new food outlets and expand its business through acquisitions, joint ventures or strategic alliances.
