Miyoshi acquires factory property at Tradehub 21 for $1.6 mil

SINGAPORE (Dec 7): Precision engineering firm Miyoshi is acquiring a property at 26 Boon Lay Way, #01-80 Tradehub 21, from Precision Tooling Company (PTC) for a consideration of $1.55 million.

The property is situated on leasehold land with a built-in area of  2,927 sf and currently comprises of a double-storey terrace factory. As at 5 Dec, it is valued at between $1.5-1.6 million by GB Global.

The group will fund its acquisition via bank borrowings and internal resources, with 5% of the consideration to be paid to PTC upon exercise of its option to purchase.
