SINGAPORE (Dec 26): New Silkroutes Group today announced that it is extending its trading suspension as it remains to be in active negotiations with various parties on potential investments into the group, as well as acquisitions by the group. 

To recap, the group on Dec 4 requested a trading suspension as it was in the process of negotiating the acquisitions and required more time to complete the negotiations.

The voluntary suspension was called to prevent the leakage of material information and unusual trading activities in the group’s shares during the negotiation period.
