SINGAPORE (Nov 30): SIIC Environment Holdings is acquiring two water treatment companies based in Dalian, China, for a total consideration of RMB 205.48 million ($41.9 million).

On Thursday, SIIC Environment Holdings (Weifang) Co., a 75.5% subsidiary SIIC Environment, entered into separate sale and purchase agreements with sellers Thunip Corp, and Zhang Li to acquire 52% and 48% of Dalian Ziguang Water Treatment Co. (DLZG) respectively. The aggregate consideration for the acquisitions is RMB 108.48 million.

On the same day, SIIC Environment, through subsidiaries SIIC Environment Holdings (Weifang) and Hong Kong Jinhaide Holdings, also entered into separate sale and purchase agreements with sellers Thunip Corp and Times International Industries to purchase 55% and 45% of Dalian Ziguang Lingshui Waste Water Treatment Co. (DLZG-LS) for an aggregate consideration of RMB 97 million.
