F&N Bhd targets RM800 mil export sales in overseas push

(May 4): Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd (F&NHB) is expanding its export market by targeting more countries in the Middle East and South Asia to mitigate the impact of a challenging Malaysian market.

F&NHB is a 55.5% subsidiary of Singapore-listed Fraser & Neave.

F&NHB chief executive officer Lim Yew Hoe said the company was targeting a collective RM800 million ($258 million) worth of export sales from its Malaysia and Thailand operating units by financial year ending Sept 30, 2020.
