SINGAPORE (Jan 22): Work ruts and issues with management are the main causes of Singaporeans’ unhappiness at work, according to JobStreet.com’s Job Happiness Index 2017.

Out of the 100 Singaporean employees surveyed by JobStreet.com, 55% are either neutral about or happy at work, while the remaining 45% felt otherwise.

In a press release on Monday, the online employment portal attributes workplace unhappiness to three main factors: issues with the management and leadership team, the lack of opportunities for career development, as well as a lack of training opportunities.
