SINGAPORE (Apr 4): The Singapore Exchange has instructed Datapulse Technology to re-appoint a new independent reviewer as the current reviewer, RHTLaw Taylor Wessing, could have a conflict of interest.

Datapulse, which has been in the news for its controversial change in controlling shareholders and a boardroom tussle, had earlier been asked by the exchange to appoint an independent reviewer to assess its processes and controls.
