Libra Group announced that it received a letter of demand on Oct 8 from the solicitor representing Mitsubishi HC Capital Asia Pacific Pte Ltd for $14,309.28 that is allegedly owed by Kin Xin Engineering Pte Ltd to Mitsubishi for the alleged breach of a hire purchase contract.
The solicitor representing Mitsubishi has also alleged that the company is a guarantor for all sums owing by Kin Xin to Mitsubishi and Mitsubishi is claiming the sum of $14,309.28 from the company. The Company is seeking legal advice on the letter of demand and will take the appropriate action accordingly.
