Low-cost carrier Scoot grows flight frequency and capacity

Scoot, the low-cost subsidiary of flag carrier Singapore Airlines (SGX:C6L) (SIA), has increased its flight frequencies and passenger capacity to support the strong demand for air travel in the upcoming months.

Firstly, the airline’s Philippines routes, flights to Iloilo City will increase from two to four times weekly from June 6, while flights to Cebu will increase from seven to ten times weekly from June 24.

From Aug 30, services to Davao will increase to 12 times weekly, up from nine weekly services.
