Singapore Technologies Engineering’s (ST Engineering) commercial aerospace (CA) business has secured agreements with Airbus subsidiary Airbus Defence and Space and Xiamen Airlines.

With Airbus, the group has entered into an memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the aviation manufacturer to carry out a cabin modification programme for an Airbus A330 Multi Role Tanker Transport Plus (A330 MRTT+) aircraft in support of the latter’s customer.

The A330 MRTT+ is an evolution of the A330 MRTT aircraft used in combat situations for aerial refuelling and transport, which is in itself based on the commercial A33neo wide-body aircraft.
