DBS Group Holdings (DBS) will be rewarding its junior-ranked staff with a special one-time bonus of $1,000 per person.
The bank says that it has set aside $18 million for the initiative, to be distributed to over 23,000 employees globally, including some 6,800 in Singapore. DBS had previously distributed a similar supplement of $1,000 in 2024, which amounted to $15 million at the time.
