AEM Holdings has suffered a breach which resulted in unauthorised access to its IT network. This is despite robust security measures it had in place, the company said in a filing.
Upon discovery, the company took immediate and appropriate steps to contain the incident and prevent further unauthorised access to its IT network, it adds.
