Bromat Holdings has appointed SAC Capital Private Limited (SAC) to act as its new continuing sponsor, with effect from Sept 27. 

SAC is set to replace the group’s current continuing sponsor, PrimePartners Corporate Finance Pte. Ltd.. 

According to the group, the change of continuing sponsor is due to commercial reasons.
