As part of the acquisition, the key management and founding team of Dyspatchr will remain in place for at least three more years.
GS Holdings has acquired an alcohol distributor Dyspatchr for $1.52 million. This marks the company's third acquisition of such a business in six months.
Dyspatchr, incorporated in 2017, distributes beer, wine and spirits to hotels, bars, restaurants and retailers in Singapore. Between 2019 and 2024, revenue increased by over 550%.
It carries more than 20 brands and products and owns the Singapore exclusive distributorships for some of them.
