The company will also not enjoy contributions from formerly separately listed subsidiary LHN Logistics which has been sold off. It sees lower gain from net investment in subleases too.
LHN warns that earnings from continuing operations for the half year ended March will be no less than $14.5 million, which is lower compared to $20.3 million recorded for the year-earlier period.
LHN attributes the lower numbers to the absence of one-off gain from its disposal of an associate GetgoTechnologies.
