Mooreast will provide technical support, engineering expertise, as well as raw materials and components, while SDJ, a unit of Sime Darby, will undertake a pilot fabrication of the products, manpower, and logistics.
Mooreast Holdings has announced a collaboration with Sime Darby Joy Industries to develop offshore-related business opportunities, including for renewable energy.
Under terms of a non-binding indicative term sheet, both parties plan to explore, develop and undertake business opportunities to fabricate products related to offshore renewable energy, deep-sea offshore equipment and systems and related services.
