According to Nera Telecommunications (SGX:N01
) , Great One Coconut Products (also known as the previous landlord) is claiming that there was a delay in Nera Malaysia handing over the vacant factory it had leased from its previous landlord when the lease agreement expired.
Nera Telecommunications is disputing a claim filed by Great One Coconut Products Industries (M) Sdn. Bhd. against its subsidiary, Nera Malaysia.
Nera Malaysia received a writ and statement of claim on Jan 6. The claim was filed in the Shah Alam Sessions Court of Malaysia on Dec 30, 2024.
