Procurri Singapore, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Procurri Corporation BVQ

, has entered into a tenancy agreement with Exeo Global to lease its premises for a period of 30 months from Jan 1, 2024.

Under the agreement, Procurri Singapore will pay Exeo Global a total rent of not more than $1.4 million for the term that expires on June 30, 2026. The premises at 8 Aljunied Avenue 3, The Pulse occupy a total area of 19,000 sqft.

As at Dec 29, the total value of all interested person transactions between Procurri Corporation and Exeo Group in the FY2023 ending Dec 31, including the latest tenancy agreement, stands at some $1.8 million. This represents 4.3% of the company’s latest audited consolidated net tangible assets (NTA) as at Dec 31, 2022.

Shares in Procurri Corporation closed unchanged at 18.5 cents on Dec 29.
