The Straits Trading Company S20 has launched and priced $130 million of its Series 005 notes under its multicurrency debt issuance programme.
The notes, which are expected to be listed on SGX-ST on Jan 26, carry a coupon of 4.70% per annum (p.a.) and are due in 2029.
Shares in Straits Trading closed 1 cent higher or 0.57% up at $1.76 on Jan 24.
