SINGAPORE (Apr 20): Keong Hong Holdings announced on Monday that its wholly-owned subsidiary Keong Hong Construction has been awarded the main contract works for the proposed residential housing development of the Sky Everton condominium at Everton Road.

The contract involves the construction of 1 tower of 36-storey residential flats (comprising 262 units) as well as a 4-storey carpark with a basement and communal facilities.

Collectively, the contract is worth $69.5 million, the construction and property developer noted in a regulatory filing.

The project is not expected to have any material impact on the group’s net tangible assets and earnings per share for its financial year ending September 30.

Shares at Keong Hong were down 4.48% or 1.5 cents to close at 3.2 cents on Monday.
