King Wan Corporation (King Wan) (SGX:554
) has secured $57.6 million worth of mechanical and electrical (M&E) contracts between January and March.
The projects include:
- Plumbing and Sanitary services for the proposed redevelopment of Alexandra Hospital Inpatient Block at Alexandra Road; and
- Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation installation for the proposed mixed-use development comprising of commercial podium and residential flats (Total: 588 residential units) at Tampines Street 94.
The projects are scheduled to be completed between 2029 and 2030.
According to King Wan, the above contracts are not expected to have any significant impact on the earnings per share or net tangible assets per share for the financial year ending Mar 31, 2026.
Shares in King Wan closed 0.1 cent lower, or down 1.96% to 5.0 cents on Mar 31.
