The Ministry of Transport (MOT) has, on June 10, announced that the Singapore and Hong Kong governments will review the situation in early July before making a decision on the target launch dates of the air travel bubble flights.

Both sides say they remain “strongly committed” to launching the travel bubble safely, and that both Singapore and Hong Kong will “continue to monitor the public health situation in both places closely”.

The statement added that Singapore’s Minister for Transport S Iswaran and Hong Kong’s Secretary for Commerce and Economic Development Edward Yau have kept close contact.
