The acquisition expands PDG’s footprint in Singapore, aside from enhancing its SG+ strategy of data centre campuses across Singapore, Batam and Johor. The transaction adds to PDG’s portfolio of more than 20 data centres and 1 Gigawatt capacity.
Princeton Digital Group (PDG) announced that it is acquiring Yahoo’s Singapore data centre SG3.
Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed. Yahoo will continue to host its infrastructure at SG3 with PDG running the data centre as a third-party operator.
